My wife and I decided to turn a 4x12 closet in our basement into a sauna. I fortunately found Superior Sauna as I was wanting to design it myself and just needed materials. Their materials are excellent. I had a great experience working with Jenise. The only glitch in it all was my IKI heater which had some issues (faulty actuator) In the end I was compensated for the extra work I had to put into the heater so I’m happy enough. Spoke with an incredibly helpful sales rep named Trevor. Trevor was extremely knowledgeable and very generous with his time. Much appreciated.
We had some issues with our HUUM heater and needed assistance with the warranty. Casey was externally helpful and responded right the next day and immediately contacted HUUM for warranty. I highly recommend Superior Sauna for not only their products but the exceptional customer service. Beyond 5 star rating. Super Happy with the service.
