We spent almost a year researching the best options for our sauna build and decided on Superior Sauna. The Huum heater and cost of products was the initial driving factor. As we designed our small space, the Team at Superior Sauna helped us realize what we needed and suggested products to fit our needs. My wife and I decided to turn a 4x12 closet in our basement into a sauna. I fortunately found Superior Sauna as I was wanting to design it myself and just needed materials. Their materials are excellent. I had a great experience working with Jenise. The only glitch in it all was my IKI heater which had some issues (faulty actuator) In the end I was compensated for the extra work I had to put into the heater so I’m happy enough.
