Called ahead to make sure they had a PERSONAL SELF-RETRACTING LANYARD in 6ft. or 10 ft. length. I was VERY CLEAR and specific! They assured me they did. Drove 45 minutes to Bonnyville to pick it up and they DON'T CARRY THOSE!!! Wasted an hour and a half of my time and probably $50 in gas. Terrible!!!
