Poor communication. Owner is not responsive. Requested me to text which I did. No reply. Ignoring my phone call to find out more information. Dodgy car rental service. Glad I dodged a bullet.

Best in the west I had 3 cars from them,np at all,was given to me right away,communication,response and customer service perfect,as well as getting the 2 car serviced at my own time and place wasn't an issue at all,the 3rd car was given upon my request which I was very impressed once again with no question asked,gave me discount on the rental and bond, DIFFENETLY recommend this place to anyone 👍.
Absolute rip-off! Do NOT trust Superior rental! They refused to return my bond money and were downright ruthless when dealing with accidents. Save yourself the headache and stay far away from these scam artists!
