Left a voicemail for Eric at Superior Public Adjusting. He sent me a text with his email. He asked for all my information on the home claim I needed his help on. I sent him what the insurance company approved for my home damage. The structural engineers report, and he wanted to view our entire insurance policy. I complied on all 3 docs. Then he said he wanted to come out and view the damage. I spent the entire day at the house ,never showed, I called and left messages, I left texts, and emailed. Nothing. Eric was very professional and helped me with all of my needs. I would highly recommend him for any PA needs. Not only did he got me above satisfactory results, but he achieved those results in such a timely Manor that other PAs laughed when I asked if something like what he did was possible for them.
