It was by chance that I found Keely at Superior PT. I am so grateful! I have visited PTs, chiropractors and massage therapists. They are all very good in what they do. However, if you want a unique specialist that is ALL of those rolled in one, then go to Keely at Superior PT. Keely listens carefully, is knowledgeable and prepares therapies that help quickly. I am so happy I found her and her office!

I have suffered from headaches for years! I originally went to Keely for assessment as I am middle aged and wanted to know how to optimize my health. Turns out we discussed my chronic headaches and possible ways PT can help. Keely is has a specialization in headaches and is very knowledgeable about the anatomy, possible underlying musculoskeletal issues that might be a contributing to headaches. I highly recommend Keely to anyone needing PT. She helped identify a posture issue I had that was causing pain in my rotator cuff and developed an exercise program that has greatly improved my condition. She also created a program to help strengthen my core strength and flexibility, including exercise instructions and videos. Keely is a joy to work with.
