I have suffered from headaches for years! I originally went to Keely for assessment as I am middle aged and wanted to know how to optimize my health. Turns out we discussed my chronic headaches and possible ways PT can help. Keely is has a specialization in headaches and is very knowledgeable about the anatomy, possible underlying musculoskeletal issues that might be a contributing to headaches. I highly recommend Keely to anyone needing PT. She helped identify a posture issue I had that was causing pain in my rotator cuff and developed an exercise program that has greatly improved my condition. She also created a program to help strengthen my core strength and flexibility, including exercise instructions and videos. Keely is a joy to work with. Keely is exceptional! She is a great listener who takes the time to deeply understand what you need, and then like a magician with endless rabbits in her hat, always pulls out the right exercises to help you achieve forward progress and an end to your pain. I couldn’t ask for a better PT! Keely takes time to understand your history and educate you on how to feel better physically which then improves your mental health.
I am training for a marathon and on a recent long run I hurt my calf. I hobbled the last few miles home and could still barely walk 2 days later. I knew Keely was a highly regarded physical therapist so I contacted her and made an appointment. After learning about me and assessing my injury she was able to determine that dry needling would be a good course of treatment.
