Had a wonderful and educated treatment from Keely at Superior PT. She has helped narrow down the issue in my ankle due to a past injury causing discomfort with my active lifestyle. Her guidance, sound treatment on my ankle for healing and custom exercises have helped me feel better and consistent in strengthening my ankle and play pickleball more with confidence. I consider myself very fortunate that I found Superior Physical Therapy owned and operated solely by Keely. I have a failed rotator cuff surgery and was going to have a reverse shoulder replacement. After talking with Keely and learning her background is with shoulders and how shockwave therapy can help with healing I decided to give it a try. I have had tennis elbow for over a year. When I first met Keely my elbow was so aggravated, now six weeks later, I am able to do things again without any pain! I wish I would have known about her months ago.
I was having issues my lower back being tight all the time even after multiple stretches. I opted to try shockwave treatment from Superior PT. After 6 treatments my back is no longer tight and I don’t have to do nearly as many stretches to loosen it up. It’s been a really good experience.
