I was referred to Keely when I was seriously struggling with vertigo. I was unable to get into my other PT on a regular basis, and she was willing to take me on. She is kind and knowledgeable. Walked me through every step of the maneuver, spent over an hour with me each time. I would highly recommend her to anyone with your vertigo or any other issues!!
I’ve been working with Keely and Rosa since September and have gone almost every single week to continue working with them in the elite pickleball group. It has really helped my physical strength, conditioning, and game of pickleball. They both put together great workouts tailored to what I need and what my body needs.

Poor sleep posture combined with too much time on the pickleball and tennis courts left me with terrible neck and shoulder pain. Keely thoughtfully listened to my concerns and had me feeling great and back on the courts quickly. Would highly recommend.
