I was not happy with this company. They did not communicate in a clear and concise way. One notary who contacted me had the wrong date. The other one I originally contacted for her service, had a schedule conflict and had to cancel. She notified superior notary, but superior notary never contacted me in a clear and concise way. I called them today to discuss, and was met with a rude, and patient attitude. I'm the customer who had a legit issue, and she made no apology.
