Do NOT buy the Groupon! The location address is different than the one on the Groupon. So, after calling the Groupon location, I had to call the other location to schedule an appointment. They have very limited appointment times and then when I did schedule an appointment, they called me an hour before my appointment, cancelling it, stating they were sending all their technicians home due to a tornado watch. I had an appointment scheduled that was cancelled due to weather. I called and left a message to reschedule twice. No return call. I called again and was able to get someone to answer the phone. I rescheduled the apooiappoinfor two days later. When I arrived, the business was closed, nobody answered the door or the phone. I left a message again still never received a return call. Bought a groupon months ago. Every time I called I couldn’t get an answer. I finally get a answer on Monday and set up an appt as my groupon expires in a few days ago. I drive 45 mins and the business has a notice from the sheriff office and looks abandoned. I called the number several times and of course I get no answer. Ridiculous and unprofessional!

It took a while to make an appointment because nobody answered and could not leave a message because the voicemail was full, Went to the address but it looked abandoned, nobody opened the door, i called several times and did not get an answer, it is either a scam or very very very unproffessio al,

My scheduled appointment was cancelled due to masseuse car being broken down..Masseuse didn't know about my appointment anyway not did the owner whom made the appointment.....They haven't updated their new address so I went to the wrong address. After all the apologies from the owner she was going to accommodate me for next Saturday with the girl she uses and give me an extra 30 min. massage.
