I did not sign up for this plan. I do not have Medicaid and have never had Medicaid. This is a scam to switch me to a plan without my authorization or consent. This has caused me a great deal of confusion and anguish for you to have done this to me.

Long wait time for customer service. They will not say anything then disconnect the call. They only accept forms by fax but the fax machine stays busy for days!!!

So far I'm trying to understand how did it earn its name Superior! My son, born with Down syndrome and is nonverbal, turned 21 in June of this year. He transitioning ("ing" cause even in September it's still in the act of! ) his Medicaid to adult medicaid with Superior health plan. We've had a couple of home visits from your care managers. For starters you're enrollee attach a pediatrician to my son's medical insurance. He's 21! Very friendly and professional personnel! Dr Ben is absolutely amazing as a chiropractor! He fixed my husband’s back only in a few visits after a bad accident. Also, made a huge difference since he’s been working on my back and neck, even though I’ve been to other chiropractors and massage therapists. We are truly grateful for people like here!
