I had to call to speak to an agent to change the correct PCP onto my son Paul Jr (PJ) health Insurance plan. I first spoke to Mrs Diane a very well spoken, lady who was able to make the charge yet could not generate a confirmation reference number. I’m very disappointed with the customer service I received when I called Superior Health Plan regarding an update on my daughter’s doctor. From the beginning of the call, the representative’s tone came across as impatient and unprofessional. I understand that customer service can be challenging, but callers should still be treated with patience, courtesy, and respect—especially when they are calling regarding their child’s healthcare. I love this meetings!!! Mainly because it makes me feel like they truly care about how we are being treated especially when it comes to our kids! They give you so much info explain very detailed if you have questions and if they dont answer then and there they call you back within the few days!!! I wont 100% recommend Superior for your child and you!!!!
