While shopping for groceries, I went to the deli to try and order hot food. All the employees were Hispanic and were only helping Hispanic customers. After watching four customers walk up and get immediate help, I got the attention of one of the employees and told them i was in line too. I used to enjoy coming to this store but the quality has completely dropped. I can't rely on the conditions of this store unfortunately, either the pan dulce is hard, the hot foods workers won't help anyone, or unsanitary food serving conditions. The other day no one was helping me order/make the burrito I wanted when the store director, I think her name was Brandi, came and helped me. We used to love coming here but not anymore. The quality isn't what it used to be. I ordered a cake a few weeks ago and it wasn't ready. This was for a really important family event and I'm incredibly disappointed, I won't be placing any orders here again. Also, I'm pretty sure they've NEVER cleaned out their cake case or washed their vitrolero's they used for their "fresh" aguafrescas.
