We’re clearly not the only ones whose vehicle have been damaged by Superior Foods, yet the company ignored repeated emails, multiple video angles, and registration details sent directly to their state transport manager and state manager. Only after 61 days of silence did they finally bother to address our issue. Very disappointing considering we have been a customer since 2005.
A driver for Superior food service did a hit and run on my car. I have called and emailed the company multiple times to which I have received no response. This company seems to think ignoring the problem will make it go away. Doing the right thing seems to be too hard for these guys.
So the latest shit show from superior brissy! You place an order min now increased to over $400, the pickers pick the wrong products that get delivered to you, you call to fix it up, but they won’t deliver the product you originally ordered unless you hit min order requirements!! For there mistakes!! Customers service hit rock bottom! And then stings you for a $33 delivery charge. CEO of the company need to give there heads a wobble!! Get a grip
