I’ve been a member of Superior Credit Union for 33 YEARS! It’s nothing like it used to be!!! The “girls” I dealt with years ago tried to help any way they could. They tacked an NSF fee because my payroll went in shortly after a payment deduction. They only return ONE NSF fee a year!!! PNC gives you 48 hours to deposit money before charging NSF fee!! Really sad they are not as member “friendly” as they used to be
Worst customer service and online banking please offer better quality to your members.
Absolutely great experience, they always make me feel super welcome and I’ve given me really great financial advice. All the staff that works in Pottstown are super friendly very informative and super understanding. I wish I could give six out of five stars. Definitely recommend if you’re considering a credit union.
