I took my 15 year old son in to deposit his very first paycheck today and was helped by Rachel. After taking care of the deposit she helped clear up some confusion over his new accounts as well as took the time to patiently walk him through setting up his mobile banking app that we had struggled with at home. I’ve been a member of Superior Credit Union for 33 YEARS! It’s nothing like it used to be!!! The “girls” I dealt with years ago tried to help any way they could. They tacked an NSF fee because my payroll went in shortly after a payment deduction. They only return ONE NSF fee a year!!! PNC gives you 48 hours to deposit money before charging NSF fee!! Really sad they are not as member “friendly” as they used to be
