Sam, Haley, Angie and Matt are great to work with! They treat me like family! I recommend them to everyone
Really like the branch and all of the people who work there but they will not count coins and do not have a machine to count coins. Our son gets loose coins as an “allowance” and every now and then he asked to use those coins for something. Rather than giving a ton of coins to a store we will usually come to the bank to exchange it for cash instead. This most recent time, we were told they would not count the coins. They told us we could go to the Lima branch to have our coins counted.
Matt is very helpful and great to work with. Helped us with all our needs and made the process simple.
