I've had a checking, savings, credit card, and a HELOC loan with Superior, and it's been bad from beginning to end. The HELOC had issues. Then, I had a fraudulent charge on my credit card that they weren't wanting to do anything about. They told me to contact the company where the purchase was made and ask them to refund a transaction, which I only had the credit card information for, which no company would do.
