Called in to speak to someone, high call volume prompt, chose to have them call me back when available. 15 minutes later I get call back that I am now 4th in line to speak to someone, few minutes later I am now 1st in line to speak to someone. I am currently still on the phone and keep being told I am still 1st in line, it’s has been 45 minutes now that I am 1st in line … also trying from a different phone and both phones stuck on hold. Tricia was very knowledgeable. She fully answered and explained all of our questions and made the process of attaining a personal loan seamless!
It it a great convenience to be able to have local trusted people be able to give me good valuable info over the phone since I am not always able to easily get in to office or do not have computer access to the info. So glad the bank believes in good old fashioned personal customer service and not impersonal and long telephone prompts, which to me is just negative nuisance. This is the best credit union service that can be given. Thanks.
