hours changed 2025. You can call on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday 8:00 - 12:00. I tried going there is person, but the sign on the door says you have to call first. I couldn't get any help.
They should just shut this place down they do not help anyone and they are very rude. Government please shut this place down and open a place where they really help people and they are nice us tax payers deserve that!!!!!!
Clent was extremely rude to me and said I was challenging him when I merely asked if I was supposed to make an appointment for my paperwork being sent back. Clent feels very comfortable being aggressive over the phone miles away and has some issues he needs to work out with his supervisor or in therapy. I can't believe how I was spoken to, this type of thing would only happen over the phone and never in person. Some of the staff feel very bold over the phone and it's disgusting.
I wish this place would open back up I use to come here in person with the staff I can't speak for others but my experience was delighted. Each time which ever person would swing around to assist sometimes seem rude but I never took it personal i was never address in such but i would see how they were so out number with the amount of help.
