SCCU Duluth started charging $5 per month on each account without prior notice for “inactivity fee”. They say that interest transactions are not “activity”. No one there would reimburse that fee because the manager was out to lunch. This amounted to $30. Did not know this because they send a statement only every 3 months. I closed all accounts. They tried moving $1 from one account to another to show “activity” but I would have to go there and do this monthly. This is a crappy way to do business. Don’t use this bank.
I have a auto loan with them and I can’t get a straight answer on why my vehicle is being repossessed when I have bank statements showing that I have made that payment
