Best credit union i have ever had
Been with this bank unfortunately my whole life (52 yrs)and everything was going great up until 6 yrs ago, when i had a Indentity Theft Issue and recently a item i purchased was charged 3xs for one item so my checking account was overdrawn by $27 which they could of taken from my savings but didn't instead rather punish their members, and the store i purchased said item from told me the item was paid for/they received the money three days after purchase. Absolutely terrible bank. After banking here for 30 years I'm calling it quits. I can't find any more excuses as why i should stay. I called about their advertised auto loan rates, I was told I didn’t qualify for the rate, but I did qualify for a rate double what they advertised. My credit score is 830+. I asked who qualifies, their response was no one. Their commercial side is now non existent and they are no longer allowed to issue commercial loans. Very poor service, I used to brag about how great the service was atSuperior Choice Credit union, not anymore. Everytime you call, you are put on hold then they say they will call back if you leave a message, but they dont call back until 2-3 hours later if they call at all. What the heck happen to customer service.
