For various reasons doesn't even make sense mentioning because they're not going to change anything. They want to remain legally crooked. On second, you paid two months ahead and they'll still say you owe the next month. They call you if you are 25 cents or 50 cents less and they attacked a $50 late fee. I have an auto loan with them and I don't recommend or suggest anyone use them. I understand if you are in a bind, however, if you can avoid them at all costs please do. They are one of the worst!!!.

Had to deal with my financial situation that I put myself in--I felt embarrassed going into it, but Emma R was kind and made me feel like a person. Grateful for the experience.

Sure they helped me get an auto loan, but they are rather inhuman. I was told that a death in the family and unexpected 1200 mile trip for said death in their eyes isn't considered a hardship. So since that's not adequate for definition of a hardship I cannot defer a payment. Not a hardship? Are you serious? Obviously they don't care.

I’ve had an acct since I was 18 tees old…. 78 now. Has been a great place to do business. Don’t know what’s happened to the place but u can’t even get thru to local branch even when the 800# tells u too. When calling the local# I have they say it’s after business hours… it’s 1:10pm on a tuesday. Guess I have to go physically down to get help. I just hope someone is there. SAD…. The rating is ZERO!
