Was going to switch my banking here til i called to ask a few simple questions and found i couldnt even talk to a live person without a call back guess i wont be doing business here where did custamer service go.

Been with this bank unfortunately my whole life (52 yrs)and everything was going great up until 6 yrs ago, when i had a Indentity Theft Issue and recently a item i purchased was charged 3xs for one item so my checking account was overdrawn by $27 which they could of taken from my savings but didn't instead rather punish their members, and the store i purchased said item from told me the item was paid for/they received the money three days after purchase. Absolutely terrible bank. After banking here for 30 years I'm calling it quits. I can't find any more excuses as why i should stay. I called about their advertised auto loan rates, I was told I didn’t qualify for the rate, but I did qualify for a rate double what they advertised. My credit score is 830+. I asked who qualifies, their response was no one. Their commercial side is now non existent and they are no longer allowed to issue commercial loans.
