I have been a member of HCCU for 20 years. The last few since it has been SCCU has been a complete joke on the members. I was patient enough to work with them through the construction of the huge, expensive, blue building that is constantly empty. But this last year, last month, I've paid them so much in fees, left on hold for half an hour. They have probably profited over $50,000 from me with mortgages, loans, fees. Have been customer for over 20yrs ... customer service is always great.
Always been a scummy institution. Petty fees, bad customer service, and they treat you like a criminal cashing their own checks when youre not a member. Always good to get a fresh rememinder why I closed my accounts with these guys. 👍😤
There is no reason they should be closed black Friday it is not a federal holiday
The absolute worst banking experience I’ve ever had! Do not recommend.
