Do not go here! Last year I filed my 2023 taxes w/them they didn’t submit my working families tax credit. I had to call the irs and verify after checking my status online. They finally filed it almost 2 months after I had to investigate that it in fact was not filed. I gave them the benefit of the doubt went again to file my 2024 taxes. Come to find out instead of them adding my direct deposit info for the working families tax credit they chose the mail option and went to an incorrect address. Ive been coming to Superfast for the last three years now and every year i leave happy knowing they helped us and did everything they could to help. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense. They caught deductions I would’ve missed and filed everything quickly and accurately. We come with a bunch of forms and a baby, but they were patient with us and powered through. They have water bottles and restrooms available for their customers.
I have been going here for many years now and the ladies are always so friendly, quick, and helpful!!! Marisol took care of me this year and was outstanding as always!!!
