Review is for Superdry Overall. I bought merchandise and 2 of them are unusable. One still has the magnetic tag on it and another one is just ripped. Superdry is not near my store as the closest one closed down. I reached out to customer service team online and received no response for 9 days. I then opened a dispute, after which Superdry contacted me straight away within a day asking for dispute to be closed so they can process a refund.
