Great staff always helpful . You will notice that almost all of those who complain and give one star here or most everywhere else on these reviews is always from the middle east while the rest of us are quite happy with service and products . Why is that I ask you ?

Videotron hah more like scamtron. Literally will not tell you verbally to return equipment if you live in an all inclusive apartment. Watch out for a hefty 500 $ fee for not returning their equipment because they never informed you. Never again with this company. If you have other options choose another company over this mess. I talked to people to resolve this issue and the most a supervisor said was to go back to the apartment you lived at two years ago and see if it’s still there.
