My battery gave up the ghost and Jack kindly kept the store open ten minutes after hours so I could get a replacement with a 4+ years warranty! As a perfectionist, Jack also rejigged the battery cradle properly to hold the battery more securely. I hope Jack's exemplary customer service is recognised and rewarded.
