Shilah went above and beyond to help me out. Very informative but not pushy at all when it came to making the decision to move forward. Very transparent when it comes to pricing and needs as well.
Shilah was awesome. I had a tricky request for motorized blinds for my custom built double garden doors. She came and measured…then came again to double check with a blind from the display room just to make sure the blinds cleared the handles on the doors. The blinds were installed and they fit like a glove, and are simply stunning.
We had some cords break on our Hunter Douglas blinds. I thought that I had purchased them from Superblinds but could not quite remember. I called and talked to Shilah, who was friendly, kind, and happy to help me. She researched and got back to me quickly with instructions on how to take my blinds in to get repaired. I would highly recommend Superblinds to friends and family! Thank you, Shilah!

We purchased Hunter Douglas Shutters 14 years ago at Superblinds in Regina who told us at the time their company would honour the Hunter Douglas Lifetime warranty. Here we are 14 years later and after calling Lisa Millar/Manager she promptly came out to our house advised us she would email Hunter Douglas and explain the problem.
