Super Tax Refunds provide a high quality and professional accounting service. I have used STR for a couple of years now and they are always responsive to my emails and efficient with completing my refund. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone seeking assistance with tax and superannuation refunds in Australia.
Absolutely no customer service. No answers to Emails and no informations about my tax refund. No answers, no informations, no money. WHV friends, stay away, manage to get your tax back with someone else.
One of the worst experiences ever. Please don’t put yourself through the torture of dealing with these people. To make it worse after struggling to get you’re own money refunded, basically doing the job you’re paying these people to do they’ll just add fees onto you’re refund and link you to the website where half the fees they’ve added on aren’t even there.
