Terrible location. Who answers the phone with Hello?? And then gives you an attitude when your trying to figure out if you called the right one or not? Ridiculous!!!
Avoid this place as the plague. I filed my taxes last year at the Melbourne location. The tax preparer lacked sufficient knowledge to fill out the tax forms. The tax preparer ended up calling the Cocoa office who filled out my taxes via phone. The same had an error which cost me a lot of time and headaches to resolve. I had to fill out a tax ammendment by myself and reissue my tax form. These tax preparers even had the audacity of of sending my 1040 electronically without the required W-2, instead they chose to send the 1040... read more
