Somebody from this organization came out to a property. I managed and basically vandalized property, and when I called their office to tell them about it and to let them know that they needed to come out and make it right before I had to contact the police and file a claim the person that I spoke to on the phone told me to do what I needed to do so this is the type of office that you’re dealing with. Les acepto hagan propaganda, pero porque pegarle esto a los autos? Daños a la propiedad privada solo por ganar dinero? Faltas de respeto, sucedio en merritt island, asi se quite con agua es una falta de respeto pegar cosas a los autos sin autorización del dueño!

Terrible location. Who answers the phone with Hello?? And then gives you an attitude when your trying to figure out if you called the right one or not? Ridiculous!!!

Avoid this place as the plague. I filed my taxes last year at the Melbourne location. The tax preparer lacked sufficient knowledge to fill out the tax forms. The tax preparer ended up calling the Cocoa office who filled out my taxes via phone. The same had an error which cost me a lot of time and headaches to resolve. I had to fill out a tax ammendment by myself and reissue my tax form.
