Appointment was 8am Checked in at 6am got a door at 7am Unloaded and paperwork in hand at 10am I might have gotten done sooner but I was knocked out! Also once you get the link to pay lumper and you have a green light go inside to pick up paperwork you don’t need to wait for a text or anything!
they stole load locks
Only nice thing about this place is the overnight parking. Don’t come here unless you plan to sit for 6+ hrs. I’m still waiting on paperwork. Freaking ridiculous. Skilled labor isn’t cheap, cheap labor isn’t skilled. And all they have is cheap labor that’s all I gotta say. You need to hire more motivated employees that want to accomplish their task in a timely manner. FYI you suck as a company. I’ll never come back.
