I have been a stop and shop customer my whole life and have never run into any issues. Tonight I went to fill up my truck at stop and shop in fairhaven ma when I went up to the window to pay for my gas the little kid tending the gas told me he would not allow me to purchase gas because i backed into my spot. I have never been to a gas station where I was told by someone not even old enough to drive that the way I drove my car in was wrong and I would not be able to buy gas there. Wide variety, good bakery, helpful staff and decent prices.
I got married in May and decided to go through Stop and Shop for my wedding bouquet and groom's boutonniere. It was the best decision I ever made! The florist did such a beautiful job and it truly was the most amazing arrangement I had ever seen. The bouquet only ended up costing me $38 and lasted for two and a half weeks. I was able to enjoy it when I got back from honeymoon! I will definitely recommend the florist at the Stop and Shop in Cromwell to everyone I know.

its a great supermarket great customer service and wonderful products everything you could want in a grocery store.
Comfortable shopping experience, fast accurate staff, clean environment. Customer service employes don't know anything about Western Union. My last experience, the cashier at customer service told me that she had no clue how to do that and let me leave unsatisfied. Employees should know everything about their products and services cause it's all about great customer service. That's what keeps customers coming back.
This store has pretty much everything you would need from a grocery store. The store is clean and the employees are friendly. Great selection of produce too.
I've know Maggie for almost 5 years now. Prior to finding her, I had to drive from middletown to the crystal mall...a 45 minute drive just to get my nails done. Fashion nails employs the most friendly, professional individuals that really know what they're doing. They offfer all types of services. The pedicures are by far the best I've had! I get compliments on my nails everyday. You have to try the gel nails with french tip and a silver line.... :)
If you are looking for a truly wonderful spa experience without the spa price, this is the place for you! Exceptional service with a very professional and cheery staff. Very clean and inviting atmosphere with excellent value for your dollar in this tough economy. You are never rushed through a service so they can "move on" to the next person. If there is ever a wait it is well worth it or do as I do and make an appointment.
