The young man that works in the customer service desk in the evening at your North Andover location is a disgrace to your good name! The great customer service & friendly employees are why I choose to shop at Stop & Shop rather than one of the less expensive grocery stores in the area, but this man is going to make a lot of your customers rethink that decision.
