I went to return a couple of things February 22, I said i’m here to return a couple of things, and Jacob at the customer service counter, who was standing there lifting weights, says “Aww man you’re gonna make me do my job?” At first I thought he was joking, but as the transaction went on he kept up with that same attitude.
