Customer service is good. Products were a dud for me but I could have had a bad batch. I could have just gotten a bad batch but I would recommend looking elsewhere if you have chronic pain or are wary of side effects like nausea, headaches, etc. These side effects outweigh the benefits of their Red Strains. Especially those marketed for relaxation, you are better off buying some benadryl.
