High quality products that can all be traced back to their third party tests. I also had a large order get lost in transit and they immediately sent out a replacement order at no cost to me. Not sure what else you could ask for from a company.
Product is ridiculously overpriced for quality. One of the Nasties that Automatically Subscribes you, deceptively, and then puts the burden of discovering and canceling on you. Absurdly aggressive entitlement. Please boycott to put in place.
Quality has consistently gone down. With the percentage of alkaloids becoming lower for batches. Particle size doesn’t seem to be as small and consistent as before either. Sometimes shipping is great and other times very slow and I have to go to a local store to get it because it wasn’t promptly shipped.
Didn't work for me,and they charged me for auto ship and charged me again.
I was a loyal customer with many orders under my belt. Then they decided to auto enroll me in a subscription service. They sent me product without authorization and charged me for it. Of course it was product I had only ordered once and was not working for me. I’ve called their customer service twice. I have not been credited for the charge.
