I am so impressed with the customer service and the product from this company. Heidi offered me quote to fix a very old umbrella and then walked me through the whole process with tips and suggestions to complete the job after supplying me with the parts. The quotes were reasonable after doing it my self and seeing the process first hand, but im stubborn. She told me everything I needed to know to help me do it myself. Fantastic local family company. Would recommend!
