I gave one star just bc the staff was not trying to help customer. They are not rude but unfriendly. It seems like they’re a bored and not willing to help😦
Extremely unhelpful staff. Didn’t have most sizes and it didn’t feel like the staff was interested in helping. We were the only customers.
It is a great store whose policy is to go beyond the call of duty to make sure that their customers are satisfied with the purchase they made. I bought a pair of sneakers after trying different ones because I have difficult toes and feet, all with the help of Mr. Gordini and I was finally happy. But then I found that they were not as comfortable as I thought. I went back and asked what I could do. Mr. Gordini immediately assured me that the store would take them back.
