They promised to arrive at 9am, but didn’t show up until almost 2pm. No phone call, no updates — I had to keep chasing them. By the time they came, I was already stressed and behind schedule. The movers looked unprofessional and clearly unprepared. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

I booked Super Removalist Pty Ltd because their quote looked affordable, but the experience was a nightmare. On moving day, they suddenly added hundreds of dollars in ‘extra charges’ that were never mentioned in the original agreement. I felt completely trapped because I had no choice but to pay. The move ended up costing double what I was quoted. Totally dishonest and felt like a scam.

If I could give zero stars, I would. They damaged my couch, lost a box of kitchen items, and charged me double. The workers were rude, unprofessional, and clearly didn’t care. Customer support gave me nothing but excuses. Horrible service.

Terrible service! The movers rushed through the job and treated my furniture as if it was garbage. Several items arrived scratched and one table was completely broken. When I tried to complain, the company gave me the runaround and refused to take responsibility. If you care about your belongings, avoid this company at all costs.

Stay far away from this moving company. They lure you in with a cheap estimate and then hold your belongings hostage for extra money. My boxes arrived crushed, some items missing, and the movers acted like they were doing me a favor by even delivering. Customer service is useless and never returns calls.
