While the Product & quality was good, the sale process could do with improvement. I purchased sufficient product to warrant free delivery, only to end up having to collect myself as it was required by a specific date. There was no advice forthcoming, i had to constantly follow up for delivery status, eventually realising i wasn't going to have the delivery by my deadline, i had to make arrangements to collect myself. They did offer a discount on my next order, however that could be years, if ever!
I recently purchased a Garage Shelving 1.8m (H) x 1.5m (L) x 0.5m (D) 600kg Adjustable Long Span Shelf from Super Rack. The item was delivered on the same day. Customer Service was top notch and the actual product is very easy to install and very good quality.
5 stars if the sliding gate wasn't on back order
Good product Easy to install Easy transaction
Whole process of ordering and delivery was easy and super prompt. Very happy with purchase
