This shop is excellent, both of the owners are helpful and very generous with their knowledge and time. Over the last few years I have brought a few Samsung phones from them, not only for myself but one went overseas to the tropics, all the phones were refurbushed and all of the phones are still going strong. They were honest and straight with me and went right out of their way to be of service to me. I recommend them 100%.
I called up Super Phone after the screen on my iPhone 14 Plus went blank. I thought that I was going to need a new phone but Super Phone was able to repair it for a fraction of the price. The service was professional and fast (my phone was fixed within a hour). The shop owner was also very generous with his time in explaining the repairs and giving advice. He did this with all the customers that entered the shop when I was there. A great local business!
Worse phone repairs in Sydney Australia do not get your phone repaired here he absolutely ruined my entire phone and was rude if you go here you will be making the same mistake as I did
I dropped my mobile, broke only corner of the screen. Guy in the shop said its not repairable?????? He doesn't even have a working computer in the shop!! Advised me to buy a new mobile! Are you kidding me? The phone is only 6 months old. Went to another repair shop and no problem at all. Made an order for new screen without any problem. Don't even bother to go to Five dock shop. Hopeless.
