A friend recommended this Company. It was the worst Moving company ever!! I first contacted the office to set up an appointment with them. I wasn’t asked what type of items I had how many rooms I had. I wasn’t asked if I had any glass item, TVs, any of that which most moving company asks. Then the day of moving the movers come with a very small truck I had a townhouse full of furniture that needed to be moved. We used Super Movers to move my nephew from a studio in Mt. Prospect to a one-bedroom in Wheeling but with a start in Palatine to pick up a couch and dresser. Juan and Hector were our movers. They were great. They were friendly and hardworking guys and very careful with everything. It took four hours total from start to finish, which was expected. Nah. After my move I realized a lot of my lose items were missing or thrown away. Loaded all of my items into their truck and then made me pay before finishing the move. Seeing that I was alone the movers wanted to drop my items in the wrong rooms just so they could leave and were aggressive about me leaving a tip.
Some how they got my card information and stared to drain my baking account and the crazy thing is I dont even live in the state there from im from im in az so I'd like to know how they got my card info and stared changing it for no reason real professional 🙃
