As a surfer myself I was really impressed by the team and how my son was treated with kindness and respect and I was able to paddle out myself and watch from the side. Surfing is a great sport for all neurodivergent people and I think the super groms team fill in a much needed opportunity for kids and to be able to learn to surf in a safe environment and their parents can feel confident their child is in safe hands and having fun. Pushy. When you tell them you want to discontinue a service, Justine and Caitlin will continue to push and pressure until you give in. Until you firmly put your foot down, they don’t stop. They even went ahead and contacted my child’s school without my permission to try to push me into school visits after I told them I didn’t want to continue with a particular service. Super Groms has been an incredible experience for my son. He has additional needs, and the team showed so much patience, kindness and understanding while supporting him in the water.
