This is the second couch we’ve bought from them, and I gotta say, especially for the price points they sell at, the quality has always been phenomenal. The delivery was fast and easy, and the delivery guys handled everything for us. The salesman Juan was very professional and helped answer all of our questions. Honestly I’m probably just gonna use them anytime I need new furniture from now on!
They were like a bull in a china shop while delivering, knocked items off my bar and broke my stanley cup when it hit the floor. Didnt offer to pay to get replaced. (Custom made). Also put the furniture down on a wall plug and bent it. Not happy.
We went to this warehouse to see if we could find some furniture, but when we were entering to park this car blocked us because he apparently thought we were making a u turn through the store and started bragging this is illegal bla bla bla, so he parked and went inside, So we went inside too and resulted he is the owner. He started to apologize to us, but you know what we took our business elsewhere and glad we did.
