I stopped by the store yesterday, hoping to look at some furniture, but I didn’t even get the chance. The staff member’s attitude was unnecessarily condescending — she seemed more interested in commenting on the fact that I was holding a coffee than in welcoming a potential customer. A smile and some basic courtesy would have gone a lot further
I visited your store today as I was interested in viewing your home furnishings. Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience with the staff member on duty. I was with my baby stroller, and she refused to let me enter the store without offering any explanation or apology. Her attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. If the store space is too small for strollers, it would be appreciated if you could clearly display a sign at the entrance stating this policy.
