Left my bike for a service and didn't hear back for about a week, called them up and they said it needed the font derail-er replaced and that they needed to order in the part. I said go ahead and didn't hear back for another week, called them up and the chap said the order went "AWOL" and he put in another order, called again after 3 days and the bike mechanic (said his name is Chris, overweight chap who said he comes in two days a week) said the wrong part came in and it would take another week. Quoted $55 for a service. OK. When picked up they hadn't even cleaned and oiled the chain. Never again.

Dropped my bike in for a simple repair over 5 weeks ago. Was quoted 1 week, however they still haven't done anything with it. I've picked it up and am taking it to Ivanhoe Cycles

Won't go back! This used to be my favourite bicycle store, but not any more. I rang them on a Thursday to check if I could bring my bike in for a service. The guy said no problems. I asked if I needed to book it in, but he said to just come in. I arrived at 10am the next day, explaining what I wanted done & we agreed that I could pick it up the following afternoon. I returned at 4pm the next day to discover that they had not even looked at my bike! Needless to say, I was very unhappy & just took my bike & left. In hindsight,... read more
