This company will not disappoint. I had several email exchanges with Danny prior to booking, with his quick responses, positive attitude and competitive hire rate convinced me to book with them for three week car hire. Great service and super kind and attentive employees. I had a minor issue with my car, the CD player wasn’t working and they were happy to switch me out with another car . It was very fast service too, I showed up and my car was ready to go. Definitely will be my go to car rental whenever I visit California .
after a great experience back in 2023, we wanted to come back and book with them again for our trip in june but was saddened to see that the prices were increased by 100 dollars. when i looked at the prices in february the prices were the same as before but couldnt book yet due to not having flight times. unfortunate
I was hit by someone that rented a car from this agency and when I tell you the insurance coverage was pathetic and inadequate.. they do not communicate. They use an insurance claims adjuster not to pay for your repairs or your deductible or your rental car been dealing with this insurance claim for more than a year.. they always claim that the owner is out of the country or out of town or had dental surgery I've heard all kind of excuses
