Waiting at the 2nd cash for my turn to come up. I waited for about 10 minutes to have someone that works there yelling at the few of us that have been waiting because we actually hate the self check out. She yelled to us go to the self check out, incredibly rude, since we are paying customers . I should have told her no! I’ve been going there for years and if this is progress then you can keep it.
