Disappointing produce quality and terrible customer service. Because I don't live nearby, I only shop here once or twice a month. The fresh produce, particularly the cut rockmelon, spoils and turns bad almost immediately after purchase—likely due to being stored in overly high cooling conditions before sale. When I took the time to bring the spoiled item back to the store, the manager flatly refused to offer a refund. Very disappointing for a local supermarket, and I won't be returning.

I had a shocking experience at IGA Lindfield. I purchased a croissant and discovered three small cockroaches stuck to the pastry while my children were eating it. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about hygiene and food safety standards. Extremely disappointed and concerned—this needs urgent attention.
