As a disabled veteran, I often look for quality care outside the VA system, and SunView Respiratory & Rehab has truly been a lifesaver. Please research. The nurses and CNAs did the best they could with my mother. One of the things that concerned me was they kept some of their patients in the hallway, next to nurse's station, probably to keep an eye on them, but they become loud and the patients that are in their rooms, how do they sleep and rest to get well, if these other patients are loud in the hallway? My insurance rejected my first rehab choice while I was in the hospital. The representative from Sunview mislead (lied) about the care I would receive at his facility. I had back surgery and was told I would have PT/OT 3 times a day. I did nothing for the first 3 days at which time I was evaluated. Then, I was taken for 45 minutes each day after. I was left to get up and walk on my own. I was told that PT/OT were joined together, along with speech therapy, once a day. This facility is NOT a "short" term rehab facility. 95% o... read more

Honestly, I teared up writing this. I cannot begin to say enough great things about this facility. The staff has to be some of the friendliest people on Earth. My grandma had to utilize this facility after her accident and the staff made us feel like we were family. We are so grateful for everyone who had a hand in making my grandma feel like she was right at home. Thank you so much:))
