0 Stars!!! not even a one star. I have contracted their services for my 2024 taxes as I am claiming home office expenses for the first time. Guess what, the lady she hasn't even read the T2200 form and claimed cell phone expense which the form clearly says that I cannot. She claimed mortgage (principal and interest) also where I shouldn't as I am salaried person. Total incompetence.
