The 2 individuals working the drive thru dont pay attention to detail or listen to their customers. Im now at the point where I right on a sticky note what I want done with my $.

I tried to open a bussiness account with suntrust. It all went very smoothly the first day. They then lost my original deposit, and threatened to close my account. (what?). and then they ask me to come into a local branch to deposit cash. then as i'm waiting on hold, they hang up on me. i call back, and only get voicemail. Stay away from these criminal bankers. This Sunttrust location has the worst customer service I have received in a bank ever , an old lady with short Hair was so rude and asking for the information in a very not professional way!! So disappointed.
