I have been to this bank, Downtown location on 3 or 4 separate occasions over the past few months. Every experience was terrible. (1) Sign on door saying they would be back at 1p and it wasn't until 115p until I was let in lobby. (2) 5 people in office today only 1 teller who had no idea what she was doing....the other folks could see how long I was waiting and did nothing other than "sorry for your wait". Call three different phone numbers. Each time I followed the instructions to be connected to desired office and each time I was disconnected after 8 to 10 rings. Customer Service is not SunTurst strength.
Stood in line for ten minutes. Teller didn't bother to tell me system was down. Only had one teller and a line of customers. Disappointing.
Reliable banking for the most part. Had no issues with their service so far and that's over more than a year with them. P.S, "Warning: do not go to WF at all costs"
