Another SunTrust Permanently Closed!
Horrible experience yet again, the teller flung my receipt at me, literally. Dirty building, you can tell it has not been cleaned in awhile, properly. Unfortunately I have my car loan there, for now, now after almost 15 years as a customer I have closed my checking/savings due to horrible customer service. Maybe the merger with BB&T will help them.
They tried to send me away to Walmart or Wells Fargo to take care of what I needed. Then said they couldn't after transaction went thru during an half HR wait because they couldn't find the form that was needed. Wanted to open an account with them but i don't think so now. I expected better.
