The people at the Salisbury North branch are the rudist, unhelpful people working in customer service that I have ever met. I had fraud on my account, and no one tried to help me. None of these people need to be working in customer service. They are rude and nasty. Truist need a zero rating. I don't appreciate anything about this bank. I had been with BB & T for over forty years, and everyone was just wonderful and helpful. The branch in salisbury was unreal. It was like the three employees just started that day. There was only two people in the bank and me being one of them and It took forever. After about 15 minutes one finally said she could help me. I truly could not believe how bad the service was. That was my first and last time to that bank. UNREAL.
0 stars. They are either really short staffed or haven't had good training. I called....was asked to hold...I said of course. 10 minutes later I was hung up on. I call back and the girl who answered doesn't even ask me to hold...she just says hold please and puts me on hold. waited another 10 minutes and was still never helped. I hung up and I will not be getting my loan threw them.
Worst bank possibly on planet earth. The ATM is constantly not working. The bank hours mean nothing because they do nit open when they don’t have enough help. I just generally hate this bank
