They are the WORST!!! They turned down a fraud claim made by my daughter. She had things set up for no withdrawls by anyone but her..Some hack got $200 from ger account..Single mom with 3 kids...Right before Christmas..You SUCK!!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
SunTrust - “Truist” told me I had to apply online for the PPP, and if I registered on the bank website I would get an “invitation” to apply when they were ready. Never got the invitation. Next thing I got from them was a notice their funds for the PPP loans are depleted. They were a customer of mine 25 years ago when I was with Microsoft - they were slow to act then, and still are. I’ve been their customer for 37 years - not my bank when this is over.
No nice words here. Let me tell you how SunTrust Bank treated me today. My mother passed away and all I wanted to do was close her checking account. She had several things come through her account after she passed, which unfortunately put her account in a negative balance. I called them today and informed them that I was willing to clear her account, to make good on her debt, but that I didn’t want to pay the fees that they were piling on you. They disagree!
