Unbelievable! I have only been with this bank for approximately two months and holy heck! They are the absolute worst. A simple balance inquiry at the ATM is made difficult. I was told their ATM does not give a balance because they do not own the machine. What?! The machine can give me money but not give me a balance. That’s nuts! The interior is well lit with windows and the bankers seem friendly at first, they are very quick to dismiss you upon appearance. I am young man with a business start up and the team at suntrust thinks it’s alright to withhold my personal and business funds for 1.5 months while I’ve waited patiently. I even informed them that I can’t buy food water or bills. I have gone to multiple branches and this one is by far the worst. They provide 0 information as to why I can’t access my funds.
