I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this branch today and will definitely never return. 1. Misleading Drive-Thru: The drive-thru lanes are strictly for ATM use only. You cannot do any actual teller transactions from your car, forcing everyone to go inside. 2. Massive Wait Times: Once inside, the line was literally backed up all the way to the front door.
