Nice peoples
Terrible customer service. They don't care.
I deposited a certified check yesterday and they are holding funds for seven days. The branch manager said there is absolutely no way to remove a hold. After speaking to the bank that issued the check, apparently there is a form that can be filled out to escalate the issue and make an exception. The bank that issued the check also offered to provide a verification of funds so that the hold could be removed. I was lied to directly to my face by the branch manager at this Truist location.
