I've always received good service sometimes the waut is long but the tellers are courteous.
4.55 pm and you are closed; not answering the phones! Change your work hours if you’re not Going to “work” until closing!!!!
Had our deposit put into another account.by Terrie...went to close it out...but couldn't do to pending transactions...went back to put just enough in to cover the last transaction...was told..GO NEXT DOOR AND USE THAT BANK...YOU AREN'T WELCOME HERE...THIS TELLLER ALSO COULDN'T COUNT....was off by $300.This was done by Cassie..don't trust these people with your money... They have a unchecked attitude and will deposit your money wrong...this is the 3rd time our deposit was off and had to say something... Not anymore
